Andrea – From Runner to Senior Chef de Partie

Andrea, a Senior Chef de Partie, proves that hard work and determination go a long way. Starting his journey at 1 Lombard Street as a runner, he switched paths to pursue his dream of working in the kitchen. Since 2018, Andrea has considered 1 Lombard Street his second home, and he credits the close-knit team for making it such a special place to work. “The team is like a family,” he says. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with his family and taking his son to the park.
