We are delighted to announce that in July 2020 Mark Hix joined our team as Director of Food and Drink.
Mark has worked alongside our Executive Chef Robin Freeman to develop the current menu, introducing food and drink producers from the British Isles that Mark has been known to champion over the years.
The new menus will showcase the best of British ingredients, changing regularly to reflect the seasonal produce available. Classic Hix dishes will feature on the menu alongside wild and foraged ingredients.
The dining room has also been treated to a Hix makeover with artwork and mobiles being installed throughout the restaurant and private dining room, specially curated by Mark. Guests can expect to see some of Mark’s favorite pieces that have previously hung in HIX restaurants and all pieces will be for sale.
