The Brasserie is our restaurant at 1 Lombard Street and is a relaxed and stylish space full of character. Our menus pull together the signature styles of our Food and Drink Director, Mark Hix, and Executive Chef, Robin Freeman, so expect show-stopping, seasonal dishes made with honest, sustainably-sourced ingredients that celebrate everything this season has to offer! Our colourful range of delectable dishes are the perfect blend of simple, seasonal and fresh flavours.
Our menus are built around the long-established, personal relationships that Mark has with his suppliers and we strive to champion local suppliers where possible, using only the best of British produce that's responsibly produced, carefully sourced and simply served!
