Our menus pull together the signature styles of Mark Hix and Executive Chef, Robin Freeman, so expect show-stopping, seasonal dishes made with honest, sustainably-sourced ingredients that celebrate everything this season has to offer. Our mix of HIX plates are the perfect blend of simple, seasonal and fresh flavours.
Our menus are built around the long-established, personal relationships that Mark has with his suppliers and we strive to use only responsibly produced, carefully sourced and simply served British seasonal ingredients.
